She nods, shakily. "I'll be okay, I think. I just wasn't - expecting it. And, um, I know what you mean. Just ..."
She looks into the distance, at nothing. If she sees any cameras in the room, it's not because she's looking at them, so they can't say that she noticed and she can't say that she did either. And she isn't really looking for them, anyway; she's looking at her own thoughts, if she's 'looking' at anything. "I'd like to give them some credit, I guess? I -" Her face darkens, like she's swallowed a bite of something even worse-tasting than that cake. She forces a lighter tone into her voice, by contrast, her expression trying for blandness. "I mean, if they were going to kill us," Setsuna says, somewhat carefully, rubbing a couple fingers into the place where the incision would've been, "they probably wouldn't need an accident. So it's probably not ... fair to them ... to think they would. Right?"
