Princess on deck
Who: Leia
What: Arrival and the fall out there after
Where: The rig: her quarters, various other places.
When: Back dated to Jan 6th
Warnings/Notes: Swearing in science fiction languages. Tiny ball of brunette fury.
"What is this? No..No..NO! You don't understand. I don't belong here, I have things I have to do back home. Are you even...Don't you dare walk away from me!"
The diminutive dark-haired woman stormed out of her quarters following the poor employee who had just been trying to get her squared away in her generously company-provided living quarters. He'd had no idea what he was in for, she'd looked like such a harmless little thing in orientation. Now she was stalking him down the halls making demands to speak to whoever was in charge. And she was loud.
Leia threw her hands up when the employee jogged right and slipped away through a secured door. She didn't give up that easily, of course, she hit it a couple of times and then kicked the door for good measure but it was unyielding.
"Stang!" She cursed and stalked back down the hall looking for the next possible source of information as to just what all this was about when she had perfectly good reasons for being home. Her work there was only just beginning, there was still so much more to do.

He paused.
"The hires are taken from different points in time, so if you saw or acknowledged that someone died, you might find them alive here. I figured it would be important to inform you, because quite a few people were...Surprised by this peculiarity."
Seeing the agents alive surprised him for sure, but them seeing each other made them freak out to say the least.

War was war, even if the front was different.
The idea of seeing someone who might be dead back home made her heart surge for a moment. Mother, father... Alderaan.. the chance of seeing them again was almost enough to make her greedy with hope for it. But the reality of her situation was that those people had died back home and she was working to ensure it wasn't in vain.
"That's good to know, thank you." It stood to reason but that didn't mean she could allow herself to dwell onit.

He shrugs, then looks around. There really is nothing to take care of, at the moment, but he figures making the interaction short and sweet will prevent Leia from getting suspicious about him at least for a while. He greets her before walking away.
"Well, I have to go now. See you around."

Leia tried to offer a more calm face than she'd initially given and turned to return to her room.
