The plane clears Elsa with enough height to have passed over her head even if she hadn't ducked. Still, it's something of a close call. The plane turns around, reversing course at a slower pace until it comes to a hover near Elsa.

"Golly, sorry about that." Gadget says from the cockpit. "I didn't scare you, did I?"
