It might be because Price himself is dainty and soft - it may not be a stretch to say he has the softest skin in the galaxy, actually - but he notices it a lot when someone has a rugged charm, and seeing Dan's nice, strong, veiny hands with all those little marks and tells of who knows what story makes him feel something, alright? In fact, he can't stop staring at them, but Dan seems so offended, and he doesn't want to mess it up, he can't just say silent.

"Come on, we will clean up later."

He says, pulling Dan's hands away instinctively. He lets go off them immediately as he realizes that oh no, there was contact, so Dan may or may not have felt that he's...Impacted by that sight, yes.
