She takes a knife and arches her fingers, taking a mushroom and doing a few slices with it. Slow, so Catra can get a good look at how she's doing it. "This is your claw grip. You want to cut things when you're holding it onto the cutting board like this, while keeping your knife straight." She demonstrates how the blade should slide along her fingers, without risking getting cut. "We're going to just slice all of these vegetables up first. There's nothing really tricky to cut, you just want some thin slices. For the onions, you'll want to cut them in half like this so they don't roll when you cut them."

She lines them up in order. First the mushrooms, then the onions. She'll handle the peppers on her own, this time.
