"I think it's more of a philosophy rather than a school." Which was, really, as close as Sam has ever gotten to really trying to understand Wiccans. He knows a little bit about them, but there hasn't been a reason to need to know more. If there ever was, at least he knew he could figure it out.

He waggles his hand back of forth. "We do deal with spirits, mostly ghosts of people who haven't moved on. Ghosts in my world get really dangerous if they stay on our plane of existence. Then we have to find out what they're tethered to, then salt and burn that to release the spirit." Another swing of the bat and a large chunk of casing fell off. "Demons are different, though. Most of them used to be human, but a lot of them made deals for...something. Power or fame are the most popular ones, but some give up their souls for the life and safety of others. People do it for a lot of reasons. But it means that demons have a lot more oomph than your standard spirit. And, as such, usually a lot harder to deal with."
